Welcome to ProBooster360.com — Nigeria’s first platform built to promote brands, not just products. These Terms govern your access and use of our services as a vendor, freelancer, service provider, or customer.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ProBooster360, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this platform.
3. Platform Overview
ProBooster360 connects verified Nigerian businesses, freelancers, and service providers with potential customers. Users can:
- Create brand profiles
- List products and services under multiple categories
- Respond to or post service requests
- Process payments via a secure internal escrow system
- Promote listings for better visibility
4. Vendor & Freelancer Responsibilities
- All content (listing descriptions, images, logos) must be accurate and lawful.
- You may list in multiple categories if genuinely skilled.
- You must not mislead customers or impersonate another business.
- Communication must stay within the platform. No WhatsApp, phone number, or external links are allowed in profiles or listings.
5. Customer Use
Customers can:
- Browse, contact, and hire vendors or freelancers
- Post service requests
- Pay through escrow for added protection
- Leave reviews after confirmed delivery
6. Escrow & Payments
- Customers pay upfront into our escrow system.
- Funds are released only when the buyer confirms satisfactory delivery.
- ProBooster360 deducts a service fee before releasing funds.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours.
7. Listing Guidelines
- Each vendor may create multiple listings under applicable categories.
- Listings violating our content policy will be removed.
- Free listings are limited to a set number per plan. Upgrade for premium features.
8. Account Suspension/Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Fraudulent activity
- Repeated complaints
- Violation of platform rules
9. Dispute Resolution
ProBooster360 acts as a mediator in disputes related to payments, delivery, or quality of service. Our resolution decision is final for escrow-based transactions.
10. Intellectual Property
- All platform content is the property of ProBooster360 or respective users.
- Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any content without permission.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of changes.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for damages resulting from:
- Vendor or buyer misconduct
- Delayed deliveries or miscommunication
- External service disruptions
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
