This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled on our platform. By using ProBooster360, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. How Refunds Work
- Escrow Protection: When a buyer makes a payment, the funds are held securely in escrow until the order is confirmed as delivered.
- Buyer Confirmation: Once the buyer confirms successful delivery, the vendor receives payment.
- Refund Trigger: If the buyer is not satisfied, or if the product/service was not delivered, the buyer can request a refund before releasing funds to the vendor.
2. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:
- The vendor fails to deliver the product or service within the agreed timeline.
- The product/service received is significantly different from the description on the vendor’s ProBooster360 profile.
- The order was canceled by mutual agreement between the buyer and vendor.
- The vendor is found to be in violation of ProBooster360’s Terms & Conditions.
3. Non-Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- The buyer changes their mind after confirming delivery.
- The product/service matches the vendor’s description but the buyer has personal dissatisfaction not related to quality.
- The buyer engages in fraudulent claims or abuse of the refund process.
- Transactions that occurred outside ProBooster360 (off-platform deals are not protected).
4. Refund Process
- Buyer submits a refund request via the order dashboard.
- Our support team reviews the case, which may involve communication with both parties.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on payment method.
- Approved refunds are credited back to the buyer’s ProBooster360 wallet or original payment source.
5. Wallet & Withdrawal Refunds
- If a refund is issued to your ProBooster360 wallet, you may use the balance for new purchases or request a withdrawal.
- Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, as per our wallet policy.
6. Dispute Resolution
- If there is a disagreement between buyer and vendor, ProBooster360 will act as a neutral mediator.
- Both parties are required to provide clear evidence (such as screenshots, delivery proof, or service reports).
- Our decision is final and binding, based on fairness and platform integrity.
7. Fraud & Abuse
Any attempt to misuse the refund system—such as false claims, fake orders, or off-platform dealings—will result in:
- Account suspension or termination
- Permanent ban from using ProBooster360
- Possible legal action in severe cases
