Here’s what a full transaction flow looks like:
1. Buyer Places Order #
- Buyer visits your listing and clicks “Order Now” or sends a custom request.
- Buyer selects service, fills required details, and makes payment via wallet or debit card.
- Funds enter escrow wallet.
2. Vendor Gets Order Notification #
- You receive a new order alert via dashboard and email.
- You begin work as per the order details.
3. Vendor Delivers #
- You deliver the product/service by uploading files or marking the order as “Delivered.”
4. Buyer Confirms or Auto-Confirms #
- Buyer reviews and confirms if satisfied.
- If the buyer doesn’t respond within a certain timeframe (e.g., 72 hours), the system auto-confirms the order.
5. Funds Released #
- Escrow funds are moved to your available wallet balance.
