# Refund Policy

We aim to maintain fairness in every transaction.

#### Refunds May Be Approved If:

- The vendor **fails to deliver** within the agreed time
- The work delivered is **completely different** from the listing
- The buyer **cancels early** before the vendor begins work

#### Refunds Are **Not Approved** If:

- The buyer changes their mind after work has started
- Delivery has been made and the buyer didn’t raise any dispute on time
- Delays were caused by the buyer (e.g., slow responses or lack of information)

Refunds are processed **within 1–5 business days** to the buyer’s original payment method or wallet.
