Refunds May Be Approved If: #
- The vendor fails to deliver within the agreed time
- The work delivered is completely different from the listing
- The buyer cancels early before the vendor begins work
Refunds Are Not Approved If: #
- The buyer changes their mind after work has started
- Delivery has been made and the buyer didn’t raise any dispute on time
- Delays were caused by the buyer (e.g., slow responses or lack of information)
Refunds are processed within 1–5 business days to the buyer’s original payment method or wallet.
