# Can’t Withdraw Funds

If you have balance but can’t withdraw:

- Is your wallet balance ₦500 or above?
- Did you link your correct bank account?
- Have you verified your identity/profile?
- Did you complete the order properly (marked as delivered & accepted)?

- Wait 24 hours after a completed order
- Check if your account is flagged for suspicious activity

If withdrawal still fails, contact support with your transaction ID.
