At ProBooster360, your listing is your shop window. The more complete and accurate your listing is, the easier it is for customers to find you, trust you, and buy from you. To make this simple, here’s a breakdown of each field you’ll see when creating your listing and how to use them.


1. Category

Choose the right category and subcategory for your product, service, or business. This helps customers find you faster when they search. For example:

  • Electronics & Gadgets (for phones, laptops, etc.) in the business owner sub-category
  • Web Development (for web related designs) in the freelancer sub-category
  • Electrician/Technician (for electrical work or repair services) n the service provider sub-category

2. Image (Optional but Highly Recommended)

Upload a clear picture of your product or service, not flyers. Listings with images get more clicks and trust. Remember listings image that have contact details won’t be approved.


3. Title

This is the headline of your listing. Be descriptive and keyword-friendly. Example:

  • Instead of “Phone”, write “Brand New iPhone 14 Pro Max – 256GB (Lagos)”.

4. Price

Enter the correct price. If it’s negotiable, mention it in the description. You would be able to refund part of the payment after the order has been placed by the customer.


5. Quantity (Optional)

Useful for products you sell in numbers (e.g., 50 pieces available). note that as customers keeps buying, the quantity will automatically reduce and once it reaches Zero, the listing would be hidden and no longer available until you edit it back again


6. Revisions (Optional)

This is mainly for freelancers and service providers. It means the number of times you can correct the ordered item. If you are delivering graphics design, the number of revisions means the number of times you can correct on that particular graphics to avoid forever corrections


7. Delivery Method

Tell buyers how they’ll receive their order:

  • Delivery
  • Pickup
  • Delivery or/and pickup

8. Opening Hours (Optional)

For physical businesses, you can set your weekly opening and closing times. You can also tick Open 24/7 if you’re always available online. Customers can also filter products by availability. So, once they filter on your absence time, your shop wont come up in their search results. Advisable for all probooster360 users to be at least, active.


9. Tags (Optional)

Tags are keywords that make your listing discoverable in search. Example: laptop, Apple, iPhone, gadgets. You know the necessary keyword of your products, just include it there. You can also read the importance of tags


10. Requirements (Optional)

Some services need extra details from customers. Use this to guide them.
Example:

  • For a graphics designer: Business name, preferred colors.
  • For an event planner: Date of event, number of guests.

You can also choose the format you want the customer to answer ether through text or number. Be mindful of these custom requirement as our team would review before approval.


11. Discounts (Optional)

If you’re offering a discount, state it here. Example: Buy 3 and get 10% off. This would be perfectly calculated by the system so you don’t need to struggle with the Math. It would automatically reflect in the customer’s checkout page


12. Description

This is where you sell yourself. Write clearly what you’re offering, including:

  • Features (what makes your product/service unique)
  • Benefits (how it helps the customer)
  • Location and delivery details.

Example:
“Get original Samsung Galaxy Buds2 with clear sound, noise cancellation, and 1-year warranty. Available in Lagos with nationwide delivery.”

Make sure you do not add your contact information in the description else it won’t be approved. Your buyers know how to contact you, get in touch and pay safely.

13. Purchase Note

This is the n\message that will show after the customer purchase your product. Something like this is best used and professional; ‘Thanks for patronising Elite brand, we hope to see you come again!’ with this, you are giving the customer trust and reason to save your brand name and sure come back again to patronise you.


14. Agree to Terms & Conditions

Before submitting, tick the box to confirm you agree to ProBooster360’s terms. This ensures your listing follows our rules.


15. Submit Listing

Once you click this, your listing will be reviewed and approved. Customers can now find and contact you directly on ProBooster360.

16. Package

If you don’t currently have an active package, you’ll be asked to select one before continuing. We offer options ranging from Free to Premium, each with its own unique features and value.

👉 You’re welcome to start with the Free package, but for maximum visibility and benefits, we strongly recommend upgrading to Premium.

You can make payment in two ways:

  • Automatic Card Payment – fast, secure, and instantly approved.
  • Manual Bank Transfer – if you prefer this method, please note that it requires admin approval.

If you experience any delay with manual approval, kindly reach out to us via WhatsApp or raise it in the vendor group. An admin will attend to you as quickly as possible.
