By the time you finish reading, you’ll know exactly what happens from the moment a customer sends you a message until you receive your payout in your wallet. And yes, we’ll also show you where you’ll get automatic email updates, so you never miss a thing.

1. Customer Chats You 💬
Everything starts with a chat before the “Buy Now” button clicks. A customer finds your product/service and messages you directly inside ProBooster360.
- You’ll also get an auto email notifying you instantly.
- You also get notified in your dashboard
2. Customer Places an Order 🛒
When the customer decides to buy, they place an order by clicking the BUY NOW button
- If they pay with Card/Automated Payment → order status = Processing immediately.
- If they pay via Bank Transfer → order status = Pending until ProBooster360 confirms the payment.
⚠️ Important: You won’t see the order until we have confirmed the payment and then, you would see it’s processing. On the buyer end, the order would be marked as ON HOLD till we confirm their payment
3. Order Becomes “Processing” ⚙️
Once payment is confirmed (either instantly via card, or after our team checks a bank transfer), the order flips to Processing.
- At this point, you’ll see action buttons like Contact Buyer, Deliver and Refund.
- You’ll also get an auto email saying “ You have an order, Payment Confirmed – Start Processing your order.”
- You would also be privileged to see the buyers details. You are strictly advised not to engage them in platform outside probooster360 except when necessary. If they like your service, they will write good review for you and still come back to patronize you. ProBooster360 has every tool you need to succeed and we are proud to be in the journey with you
4. Shipping for Long Deliveries 🚚
For items that take more than 3 days to deliver, you’ll need to open a ticket with our Support Team to generate a tracking number.
- We’ll issue the tracking code.
- You share it with your customer, who can follow progress via our dedicated tracking page: probooster360.com/track.
5. Order Notes 📝
Both you and the customer can add order notes anytime during the process especially if the buyers writes a note for you during the order payment.
Use this for:
- Clarifying delivery details.
- Sharing updates.
- Adding proof of shipment.
You also get this notes notifications from your emails and dashboard too
6. Delivery Confirmation 📦
When you’ve delivered:
- Click Deliver on your order dashboard.
- Your customer will then see a Confirm Delivery button on their side.
The customer would also do the same. If the customer doesn’t confirm after a set time, ProBooster360 will step in to protect both sides.
7. Order Completed ✅
Once the delivery is confirmed, the status changes to Completed.
- Your money now reflects in your ProBooster360 Wallet.
- You can click Request Payout, and we’ll send it to your registered bank account (usually within 24 hours).
- You’ll also receive an auto email confirming that your funds are ready.
8. Refunds & Disputes 🔄
- If something goes wrong, you can Refund directly from your dashboard.
- Customers can also Open a Dispute (handled by our support team) if they face any issues.
