These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the ProBooster360 Affiliate Program (“Program”). By registering as an Affiliate, you agree to these Terms as well as our general [Terms of Use] and [Privacy Policy].
1. Eligibility
- The Program is open to individuals and organizations worldwide. You do not need to be an existing ProBooster360 user to participate.
- You must be at least 18 years old to register.
- Participation is free of charge. Affiliates are not automatically enrolled — you must complete the affiliate registration process and be approved by ProBooster360.
2. Enrollment
- To join, you must submit an application through our Affiliate sign-up page.
- Once approved, you will gain access to an Affiliate Dashboard, where you will find your unique referral link and performance tracking.
- ProBooster360 reserves the right to reject or remove any application at its sole discretion.
3. Referral Tracking
- Referrals are tracked when someone clicks your unique referral link and completes a valid registration or transaction as defined by ProBooster360.
- Only referrals tracked through our system will be eligible for rewards.
- Clearing browser cookies, using private browsing, or other tracking limitations may affect referral credit. ProBooster360 is not responsible for untracked referrals. Make sure your people use your specific referral link.
4. Rewards & Commissions
- During the Free Launch Phase (September–October 2025):
- Rewards might be non-cash benefits, such as free premium months (redeemable when subscriptions begin), spotlight promotions, or recognition badges but can be transferrable when premium offers becomes available.
- From Premium times onward:
- Eligible referrals may earn cash commissions, premium credits, or discounts, as officially announced by ProBooster360.
- Rewards and commissions will be visible in your Affiliate Dashboard.
- Payouts (where applicable) will be processed according to the payment methods and thresholds communicated by ProBooster360.
- Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash during the free launch phase.
- You would be notified when premium time comes it is your duty to keep checking
5. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Affiliates must promote ProBooster360 in a lawful, ethical, and accurate manner.
- Misleading claims, impersonation, or generating fake referrals are strictly prohibited.
- Affiliates may not use paid advertisements (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) containing ProBooster360’s brand name without prior written approval.
- Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotional methods comply with applicable advertising and data protection laws in their jurisdiction.
6. Program Modifications
- ProBooster360 may update commission rates, rewards, or Program rules at any time.
- Notice of updates will be provided through the Affiliate Dashboard or by email.
- Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. Termination
- ProBooster360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Program if you:
- Violate these Terms or our general Terms of Use.
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest practices.
- Attempt to manipulate the referral system.
- Termination may result in forfeiture of pending rewards or commissions.
8. Limitation of Liability
- ProBooster360 is not liable for technical issues, tracking errors, or delays beyond its control.
- Affiliates participate at their own risk and agree to hold ProBooster360 harmless from any claims arising from participation in the Program.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
10. Acceptance
By registering and participating in the ProBooster360 Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.
